The Executive Board oversees governance, finances, and policy direction for the Association.

Grounds Maintenance Planning • Contract expires December 2026 • Review scope, obtain bids, and present recommendations
Covenant & Restrictions Review (Ballot planned – March 2026) • Above-ground pools (county-compliant) • Fence height standards • Profit-based businesses • Backyard chickens • Personal work vehicles • Management company designation
Bylaws Review & Modernization (Ballot planned – July 2026) • Two-year officer terms • Simplified election cycles • Clarified Board and designated management company roles • Planning for reduced meetings
Financial Planning & Transparency • Pro forma budget review • Explanation of operating costs • Member vote on any proposed dues adjustment
