Reserve the Pavilion

@ Briarwood Park

The Pavilion at Briarwood Park is available to our residents for special events! There is no cost to hold your event at the pavilion, but a reservation is required. To reserve your special event, complete the online form below.

By submitting the reservation form, residents agree to adhere to the outlined rules.

Improvements or Repairs

BCA Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The ARC is responsible for approving all plans from residents prior to any construction, reconstruction, remodeling, alteration, or addition to any of their exterior structure, including removal of trees, as stated in the BCA Restrictions.

Homeowners are encouraged to review the BCA Covenants (PDF) before starting any work on their residence.

Homeowners are responsible for obtaining any County Building/Repair Permits that may be required for their project. For general information, contact the Dorchester County Planning Department at 843-832-0011.

Homeowners must contact NO-CUTS at 800-922-0983 before digging or excavating on their property. There is no charge for this service. They will come out and mark the location of all utility lines for you.
