Ballots are due on Friday, Feb. 14, 2025, at 5 p.m. (ET)!
Ballot Counting:
All ballots will be brought to Dorchester Real Estate Services (DRES) for counting. DRES will follow all laws that govern the Briarwood HOA (SC Nonprofit Corporation ACT, SC Homeowners Association Act, BCA Bylaws, and existing BCA Covenants & Restrictions) as stated on page one of your ballot.
Results:
DRES office will be closed for Presidents Day. We anticipate the results will be returned to the BCA Board by Feb. 21. All results will be announced here on the BCA website.
The BCA Board would like to personally thank all our members who proactively volunteered to audit and poll/ballot watch and those who offered to host all for the counting.
