Date of Vote: June 3, 2025
Pursuant to the Briarwood Civic Association Governing Bylaws, the undersigned officers of the Briarwood Civic Association hereby certify the following quorum and vote results regarding proposed amendments to the Association's Bylaws.
Quorum Certification
Total Number of Properties in Association: 326
Total Membership Ballots Allotted (2 per home): 652
Total Valid Ballots Received: 205
Total Residential Lots Participated in Voting: 113
Minimum Quorum Required for Action (2/3's per BCA Bylaws): 33 Residential Lots
As of the close of voting on June 3, 2025, the Association received the above number of valid ballots, exceeding the minimum 2/3's requirement to establish quorum for a membership vote under our Briarwood Civic Association Governing Bylaws.
