Vote Results: Proposed Changes to Covenants & Restrictions

For ballots due on March 31, 2026

Your Board of Directors would like to sincerely thank the association members who participated in this year’s effort to modernize the Covenants and Restrictions.

Unfortunately, we did not meet quorum, with 77 homes participating. As a result, the proposed updates cannot move forward.

At this time, the current Board of Directors will no longer pursue these changes. If any member wishes to propose future amendments, you are welcome to do so through a petition process. In order for a change to be adopted, signatures representing at least 51% of the membership must be obtained and presented.

Moving forward, please be reminded that enforcement of the Covenants and Restrictions is overseen by the Board of Directors and administered by our designated management company, Dorchester Real Estate Services, which conducts inspections twice monthly.
