   2. Review of 2026 Board Structure Agreement (by-monthly HOA meetings set for 2026. January, March, May, July, September, November, December) 

   3. Proposed changes to the Covenant and Restrictions will be presented to the membership with ballots will be mailed to all association members March 1, 2026 and are to be returned by March 31, 2026.
