   1. Review of Dorchester Real Estate Services covenant scope of work.

   1. Review final 2027 Ground Maintenance Contract Proposal and finalize agreement.  

5. Secretary’s Report 

   1. Reminder that community newsletters can be obtained by signing up for newsletters through our website at www.briarwoodsc.org. Additionally, the social platform can be accessed the same way.  

   2. Advise community of this year’s final Bingo Date, set for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 7 pm-9 pm. Gifts to be donated by community members.

6. Nomination Committee Update

   1. Call for volunteers and nominations open.   

7. Open the floor for nominations and a vote for the vacant President position. 

   1. Following Article IV, section 6 of our associations By-laws.  Proxy Ballot
