I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide an update regarding the proposed changes to the Covenants and Restrictions within our community.
The initiative to make these changes was raised and voted upon at the January 2024 meeting. Following this, residents were given an opportunity to submit their requests for amendments by a specified date. Subsequently, a committee was formed during the March 19, 2024, meeting to address this matter.
The Briarwood Civic Association Covenants and Restrictions Committee has dedicated considerable effort to formulating changes that best reflect the collective interests and needs of our community. After careful consideration and collaboration, we are pleased to present these proposed changes to you.
In the coming weeks, myself and our committee members will ensure that each resident receives a ballot along with specific instructions for casting your vote. Your prompt response upon receiving the ballot is greatly appreciated, as it will facilitate the necessary steps in counting the ballots and presenting the results to our Association members.
