Update: July 21 By-Law Vote Results

A message from the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors would like to thank everyone who participated in this week’s vote, as well as the volunteers who generously gave their time to assist with the ballot count. We know many residents were expecting the results to be announced by now and appreciate your patience.

Following the ballot count, the Board identified irregularities involving a small number of ballots that require further review before the results can be certified. To ensure the integrity of the voting process and that the outcome accurately reflects the will of the membership, the Board is consulting with the Association’s legal counsel on the appropriate next steps.

Out of respect for that process, we are not in a position to release the vote totals at this time. We understand this delay may be disappointing, but we believe it is important to resolve these issues before announcing official results.

The Board is committed to handling this matter fairly, consistently, and transparently. We will provide an update as soon as we are able to do so.
