IMPORTANT REMINDER:
At the September 1 Special Meeting, Clay Rogers was removed from his role as President. During the September 15 Meeting, nominations will be made on the floor, and a vote will be held to select a new President to serve from September 15, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Absentee ballots will not be provided as the nominees are unknown until the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting, you may designate a neighbor as your proxy using the proxy ballot - please note this proxy is only valid for the September 15 meeting.

September Yard of the Month - Votes Open
Congratulations to our August winner, 212 Chessington Circle!
Nominate yourself or a neighbor from now through Sept. 20; voting will take place Sept. 22 - 25 in the BCA Members & Residents Facebook Group.
Winners will be acknowledged with the yard sign and on the entry sign.
September will be our last "Yard of the Month" for 2026. In October, we have our Halloween Decorating Contest, and in December, we have the Holiday Decorating Contest!

We hope this new date and time allows more members to join in some community fun.
Prizes will consist of homemade baked goods and donated items generously provided by community members rather than gift cards. To donate a prize, contact Angela Woodruff.
Back to School - Please Drive Safely
Our Briarwood kids are back to school! Please slow down and stay alert as students head to school in the mornings and return home in the afternoons.
Watch for children walking, biking, and waiting at bus stops throughout the neighborhood.
