Cast Your Vote!


Updates to the BCA Covenants & Restrictions

Based on the results of our 2025 vote, many modifications to our BCA Covenants & Restrictions would have passed if we had achieved sufficient community participation.


So, we're putting them to another vote in hopes of making a change to the following items:


🗳️ above-ground pools

🗳️ fence height standards

🗳️ home offices

🗳️ livestock

🗳️ personal work vehicles

🗳️ management company designation.

 

Ballots will be mailed to association members in early March. Instructions for submitting your ballot will be included. We're counting on your participation to make meaningful changes to our community!

Briarwood Fair in the Park 2026?


Seeking Interest for June 13, 2026

We are exploring the possibility of hosting a Briarwood Fair in the Park on June 13, 2026, and would love to gauge community interest.


Would you be interested in setting up a booth (bring your own 10x10 tent) to sell handmade crafts, promote your personal business or services, or baked goods?


If you would like to participate, please email the Board of Directors at contact@briarwoodsc.org.

Community Safety Notice

As a reminder to all drivers within our community, please obey all Dorchester County traffic laws, including posted stop signs and speed limits. We kindly ask everyone to remain mindful of neighbors who are walking, running, riding bicycles, pushing strollers, or walking their dogs throughout Briarwood. 


Your caution and courtesy help keep our community safe for all. 

Reporting Maintenance Requests


To better serve our community, we ask that all maintenance requests be submitted to contact@briarwoodsc.org.  


This will help us track issues more effectively, ensure timely follow-up, and keep a formal log for reference.
