Meeting Updates
May 20, 2025, BCA Community Meeting at 7:00 PM
Our next community meeting is scheduled. The full agenda is available online. Join us in person at the Summerville Church of Christ or on Zoom.
Notice: Special BCA Community Meeting on June 3, 2025 at 7:00 PM
The Board will be hosting a special meeting to vote on proposed changes to the BCA By-Laws. The ballot items and absentee/proxy ballot is available online.
BCA Board & Committee Leader Meeting Minutes
The Board and committee leaders held a special meeting on May 6.
Neighborhood Safety Notice
Due to ongoing safety issues and recent police reports, all door-to-door deliveries by the Association are immediately suspended. We are requesting a membership vote to transition to electronic communications as permitted under the South Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act, Section 33-31-708.
May Yard of the Month
Nominations Open through May 17!
Nominate yourself or a neighbor for Yard of the Month. The vote will open shortly after.
Leadership Change
Effective April 22, 2025, Anna Linder has resigned from her position as Vice President. The Board would like to thank her for her service to the community!
Per Section 6. of the BCA By-Laws, a special election will be held during our next regularly scheduled meeting, May 20, 2025. Nominations for Vice President will be made from the floor by any member of the Association including officers and directors.
